Request support from our Social Prescriber
A social prescriber can signpost or help link you to:
- Local volunteer services that can help with shopping, picking up prescriptions and emotional support
- Services dedicated to helping with mental health and befriending
- Help with caring for someone or help with caring for yourself, private or funded
- Benefits you might be entitled to
- Transport and mobility aids

Information for Carers
The Carers Trust provides information and advice on its website for carers, including how to get support for yourself.
Carers UK is a national charity for carers, providing information and advice from benefits to practical support.
Carers together is a "carer-led" charity that offers support to unpaid carers living anywhere in Hampshire. They are able to provide carers with useful information, give advocacy support, run carer support groups, provide training for carers and can give advice on Direct Payments, support planning and planning for emergencies.
