Guide to Non NHS Fees

Please note:

1. This is only a guide to the minimum fee payable for services that are not part of your NHS care.
2. The final fee may vary, depending on the time taken to complete the work requested.
3. Acceptance of this work is discretionary and the surgery may decline to complete the requested work in which case you will need to engage an alternate provider of private medical services.
4. When you ask us to complete this work, we will require you to pay a deposit of £50 which will be set against the final bill.

Private Insurance forms eg. Vitality/Bupa (brought in by patient)  £50.00

Holiday Cancellation Letter  £50.00

Gun Licence  £50.00

DVLA Medicals  - (requested by patient)  £150.00

HGV/Taxi Driver Medical  £150.00

Life Insurance Reports - (requested by Insurance Company)  £200.00

Targeted Medical Reports  - (requested by Insurance Company)  £80.00

Employers Report (No examination and report) £200.00 (please note we would recomend the employer engage specialist occupational health service).

Employers examination and report  £300.00/Hourly Rate (please note we would recomend that the employer engage specilist occupational health services rather than request the GP surgery to complete this work).
