DISABLED FACILITIES

Disabled Access

Both surgeries have been designed and built to accommodate the needs of disabled patients. All  electronic entrance are easily accessable by wheelchairs. Counters have lowered sections where possible to provide reasonable access to people unable to use the higher main counters. There are disabled toilet facilities on every floor and, where appropriate, a lift is available if required.

If any patient registered with Park & St Francis Surgery has a disability, impairment or sensory loss we are able to offer you information that you can better access or understand, so that you can receive the necessary help you need.  Please make a clinician or receptionist aware so we can update our records.
