Update 1st April 2021

Clinical Commissioning Groups are regional organisations responsible for local health services in England. As part of the NHS restructuring process, they took over this role from Primary Care Trusts in April 2013.

The West Hampshire Clinical Commissioning Group (WHCCG) was established in June 2011. On 1st April 2021 West Hampshire CCG merged with other local CCG's to become Hampshire, Southampton and Isle of Wight CCG.
