DISABLED FACILITIES
Disabled Access
Both surgeries have been adapted to accommodate the needs of disabled patients. Park and St Francis sites have been fitted with electronic doors accessable to wheelchair users. The reception counters have lower areas for people unable to use the main counters. There are disabled toilet facilities on each floor, and a lift is available to reach the consultation rooms on the 1st floor at St Francis surgery.
Accessibility Information
We want to be able to offer information about services to all of our patients. Please inform the surgery if you, or someone you care for, has a disability, impairment or sensory loss, so that we can ensure any information is made availible in the most appropriate and accessable format.
