Sue Levesque (DPHCM) IGPM
Business and General Practice Manager and Chandlers Ford Primary Care Network Manager
The practice manager is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide high quality of patient care. The practice manager supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care.
Administration
Paula Crockford
Paula Crockford Assistant Office Manager dealing with the Chronic Disease Register ensuring that all at risk patients are called in for their annual review. Works closely with nursing team and the administration team for all aspects of clinical work.
Amy Glanville
Research Nurse Lead dealing with all aspects of research administration
Louise Jones
Deals with private medical administration and supports our Patient Participation Group with practice processes.
Paula Davies, Rachel Knappett
Deals with scanning medical documents and patient record entries
Reception
Our Head Healthcare Co-ordinators, Nadia Anderson, Sheila Kaur, Jane Willis and Kirsty Cavuoto - support the Practice Manager with the day to day running of reception.
Healthcare Co-Ordinators provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Healthcare Co-Ordinators make most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses. They also perform other important tasks such as dealing with E Consults , emails, financial claims and patient records. They also help our pharmacy team, if needed, with repeat prescriptions and dealing with prescription enquiries.
Secretaries
Lynne Winter, Jenny Neville, Victoria Watts
We have three secretaries who deal with a vast amount of day-to-day secretarial and administrative work for the practice - a large proportion of their work involves the typing of patient referral letters to the hospitals.
Pharmacy Team
Kirsty Fletcher-Marish and Marie Witt
We have a team of clinical Pharmacist, Pharmacy Technician and prescription clerk who deal with the day to day prescriptions and Medication reviews for all the patients of Park and St Francis Surgery aswell as The Fryern Surgery.
First Contact Physio
Joe Jenkins
Is at St Francis Surgery Tuesday all day and Friday morning. Appointments are available to see Joe if you have a Muscular Skeletal injury.
