Practice Management
Sue Levesque (DPHCM)
Business and General Practice Manager
The practice manager is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide high quality of patient care. The practice manager supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care.
Rissa Le Grange
Personal Assistant to the managment team supporting all aspects of administration.
Administration
Sally Ashton
Administration Manager and Clinical Administrator dealing with the Chronic Disease Register ensuring that all at risk patients are called in for their annual review. Works closely with head nurse Jane Tutton and the administration team for all aspects of clinical work.
Paula Crockford
Paula supports Sally Ashton within the clinical administration dealing with the Chronic Disease Register ensuring that all at risk patients are called in for their annual review.
Natasha Campbell
Research Administrator ensuring all aspects of research administration with Amy Glanville - Research Nurse lead.
Louise Jones
Deals with private medical administration and supports our Patient Participation Group with practice processes.
Reception
Sally Gilbert
Head Receptionist - supports the Practice Manager with the day to day running of the reception team
Receptionists provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Receptionists make most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses. They also perform other important tasks such as issuing repeat prescriptions, dealing with prescription enquiries, financial claims and patient records.
Kerry Swaffield and Nadia Anderson
Kerry and Nadia are the Reception team lead and support Sally with day to day running of the reception team.
Secretaries
Lynne Winter, Jenny Neville, Victoria Watts
We have three secretaries who deal with a vast amount of day-to-day secretarial and administrative work for the practice - a large proportion of their work involves the typing of patient referral letters to the hospitals.
Pharmacy Team
Emma Smithson, Sarah Casey, Ewa Zdanowicz, Kirsty Fletcher-Marish and Marie Witt
We have a team of clinical Pharmacist, Pharmacy Technician and prescription clerk who deal with the day to day prescriptions and Medication reviews for all the patients of Park and St Francis Surgery aswell as The Fryern Surgery.
First Contact Physio
Joe Jenkins works at St Francis Surgery Tuesday all day and Friday morning. Appointments are available to see Joe if you have a Muscular Skeletal injury.
Mental Health Nurse
Ruth Purse works at St Francis Surgery all day Mondays and Thursdys (Does not see any patients under the age of 18).
Social Prescriber
Julie Bythell works at St Francis Surgery all day Tuesday and Fridays. Julie is able to support all patients who arer isolated,lonely and anyone need support with their care and assitance with form completion.
