We apologise that due to the large number of calls into and out of the practice, it can sometimes be difficult to get through to us on the telephone, especially at peak times (08.00-14.00). To help ease the pressure, we therefore request that you do not call for test results before 2pm.
We are always looking for ways to improve the service and it would be really helpful if, before calling the surgery, you consider whether the issue could be dealt with in another way.
Please consider whether you can manage the symptoms yourself - see our self help tools section, or talk to your local pharmacist or visit NHS 111 for advice and guidance on a range of medical conditions.
For patients unable to use the on-line options, or for patients under, appointments and enquiries can still be made by calling 02380 252131. The appointment lines are open from 08:15 till 12.00 and 14.00 till 18.00 please choose:
Option 1. For medical emergencies
Option 2. For a routine appointment
Option 3. If you think you need advice or feel you need to be seen today.
Please note we are unable to deal with telephone requests for prescriptions, these should be made using Patient Access, the NHS App, in writing or by e-mail to WHCCG.ParkSurgeryfirstname.lastname@example.org.
111 is the NHS non-emergency number. It’s fast, easy and free. Call 111 and speak to a highly trained adviser, supported by healthcare professionals.
