We apologise that due to the large number of calls into and out of the practice, it can sometimes be difficult to get through to us on the telephone, especially at peak times (08.00-14.00). To help ease the pressure, we therefore request that you do not call for test results before 2pm.
We are always looking for ways to improve the service and it would be really helpful if, before calling the surgery, you consider whether the issue could be dealt with in another way.
