HOME VISITS

We have limited capacity for home visiting, exclusively for patients who are medically housebound. Requests for home visits can be made by telephoning the surgery between 08:00 and 18:30. Please make your home visit request before 10am, unless it is an emergency.  

Please call 023 80252131 option 2  to talk to a receptionist who will need to ask a number of questions to ensure the most suitable member of the team visits in a appropriate timeframe. 

If you need nursing care and are medically housebound, you can arrange a district nurse to visit by calling the Integrated single point of access (community care team) directly on 0300 1210173 - they can also arrange physiotherapy and occupational therapy assesments for housebound patients, if required.
