The Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) provides rights of public access to information held by public authorities. This includes GP practices. The FOIA requires every public authority to adopt and maintain a publication scheme. The downloadable document below details the information which Park & St Francis Surgery will make available to the public under the terms of the FOIA. All requests for information should be made in writing to the Practice Manager. Responses will be made within 20 working days of receipt of the request. Please note a fee may be charged.
