Patients over the age of 18 can use eConsult to request advice and treatment from the practice online.
The new "proxy access" feature allows someone else to submit an eConsult on behalf of the patient.
We aim to respond to any requests before the end of the following working day, either by telephone or e-mail, to resolve your enquiry.
Please ensure that we have current e-mail and telephone contact details. You may also find it useful to consent to receive text messages so that we can easily contact you and send you reminders about future appointments.
Please note the eConsult service is not monitored outside of normal surgery opening time (8am-6.30pm Monday-Friday).
Any eConsult requests submitted outside of normal surgery opening time will not be seen until the next working day.
